Bradley Smoker Cold Smoke Adapter

Bradley have now started shipping their latest addition to the Original Bradley Smoker range ... their Cold Smoke Adapter.
The theoretical benefit is that using the Cold Smoke Adapter isolates the smoke generator from the smoke chamber, and therefore eliminates the heat created by the generator from affecting the smoking ... i.e. avoids any hot smoking effect.
The BBQ Store is keen to get our hands on one (they are scarce in the UK at present) and will report back with our findings when we do. .
Weber S450 Gas Grill and Barbecue

The BBQ Store in conjunction with sister site Food with Passion has bought this Nuclear power station of an outdoor Grill for our own use with our own hard-earned cash.
The grill comes with hot/cold smoking capability, rotisserie, roasting and baking capabilities in addition to the traditional grill. Supplemented by a side burner to pop a pan on, this is an impressive machine.

New UK BBQ Store open

Barbecues get a rough deal in the UK. They are seen as messy, inconvenient and a bit of a macho way to destroy good food.
Well....the BBQ Store is here to destroy that myth and show that it doesn't have to be reality. With the latest range of Gas Grills (see our Weber Grills), the kitchen can move outdoors with the vapability to do all sorts of things that you would never contemplate indoors.

- Pan cook (either on the grill grate or with side burner (if fitted)

The opportunities are endless ... and with a hooded gas grill, the weather doesn't matter .. your food can be cooking outdoors whilst you stay dry ready to bring your food to the table, whether the table be in or out of doors.
So forget the notion that an outdoor grill is only good for summer, the BBQ Store's mission is to persuade you that barbecue can be enjoyed year round, even in the dreary UK.
